“After completing renovations of two elementary schools, destroyed by the earthquake and tsunami in Sigli - respectively Sigli (15 class rooms + office) and Peukan Pidie (6 class rooms + office) - Femina Group is back again with the distribution of the collected “Disaster Raising Funds” by rebuilding an elementary school located in the Peurade Village. The school building is located about one kilometre from the waterfront line and the Sumatra cross road which was totally destroyed. Although, the construction had been detained by the lack of wood material, the construction result of the building itself looks “great”. Official opening of the school has been planned for the first week of October 2005.”
